Het geheel is gemaakt van eiken, vermoedelijk in Nederland, in de jaren 1940-1950, en verkeert in mooie gebruikte staat en het heeft een mooie houtnerf en warme donkerbruine kleur. 
Het meubel vertoont gebruikssporen passend bij de leeftijd, het is netjes, schoon, en klaar voor gebruik.
Een stijlvolle plantentafel die zeker ook gebruikt kan worden als bijzettafel naast de bank of als wijntafeltje naast uw luie stoel.
