Moving to its condition, the item is to be considered used (overall good condition). Although the Saffiano leather on the main faces has held up well over time, maintaining its integrity, your photographs — always impeccable for honesty and transparency — show clear signs of everyday use along the entire perimeter. There are indeed widespread chippings of the edge coating (the glossy varnish on the edges) and wear/fraying at the upper and lower corners.
