Alberto Cecconi (1897-1971) - Marinaio con cappello e pipa

I propose for evaluation a male portrait, oil on canvas, measuring 50x60 cm (canvas only). The painting bears the signature 'Cecconi' in the lower right, with handwriting and style attributable to Alberto Cecconi. I bought it at a flea market; I don’t know much about it. The antique dealers of the first link, which you will find below, have confirmed to me that from the photos I sent them it certainly looks like a painting by the same Alberto Cecconi.
