Nedko Solakov (1957) - Hi was sitting & Thinking

Extraordinary, irreverent, satirical, capable of making you smile and reflect on the fragility of the human being. A true great GENIUS. Bulgarian, born in Grabovo, the same town where the other genius, Christo, was born. He works with Italy's most exclusive galleries. From Wikipedia I report the Venetian Biennales in which he has participated; 'Solakov regularly takes part in international group exhibitions, participates several times in the Istanbul Biennial (1992, 1995, 2005) and the Venice Biennale (1993, 1995, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2007), where in 2007 he received the honorable mention from the jury for his participation in the central international exhibition.' The work I propose, in my view wonderful also for the writing that, as always, accompanies it, comes from Christie's. The very thickness of the handmade paper is, in itself, a work of Art. The reserve is high, as it deserves.
