Jan Marti was born in 1958 in Savoie. After a few brief studies and various jobs that he quickly abandoned, he devoted himself to painting. His attraction to the abstract, which he depicts as dynamic and elegant, is undeniable.
The flare of colors and elements touches our senses and flatters our eye.
From his work, beauty is naturally suggested.
As passionate about painting as about visual art, he increasingly indulges in this discipline!
With gemological training at the ING (National Institute of Gemology of Paris) and a lifelong passion for precious stones, he often supplements his sculptures with precious stones.
Jan Marti has appeared in numerous exhibitions and private collections in France and abroad.
