Description from the seller
"Please Silent" - 2026 - Acrylic on resin - 27 cm x 8 cm x 7 cm - Varnished - Signed under the base - With certificate
The sculpture is not a creation of the artist, but it has been enhanced by his intervention, giving it a new dimension.
--------------
Bruno Cantais, a professional painter-artist based in Lyon, is enrolled as a contributor to the Maison des Artistes.
Born in 1966 in Le Havre.
Bruno Cantais explores several techniques, ranging from Rauschenberg's abstract expressionism, to material projections, to Pop Art collage, or to expressionism.
He probes the surface of the canvas, carving furrows that seem to open paths or sometimes get lost in the fog of color. His inspiration is order and disorder, feeling and sensation, shadow and light, emptiness and fullness.
The sculpture was not created by the artist but is only painted.
