Founded in 1977 as the English-language counterpart to the French magazine Métal Hurlant, Heavy Metal has published works by some of the most celebrated artists in the world of comics and illustration, including Moebius, Enki Bilal, Richard Corben, Juan Giménez, and many others.

Condition Notes

Overall condition is Good to Very Good, with normal shelf wear and minor spine wear consistent with age and reading.

Some issues exhibit traces of past moisture exposure on the lower right corner area. These are divided into two categories:

Minor moisture marks

Small moisture stamp along the lower right edge, with slight waviness to the paper.
