Born on July 24, 1948 in Grenoble (France) into an artistic family with a tenor father and an uncle who was a painter.
Gifted in drawing from a very young age, she knew she would pursue a career as a painter.
At 18 she met Mercedes Henry, a painter, with whom she worked for 2 years! At the end of their collaboration Mercedes Henry advised her to take flight, and she began to exhibit! Mercedes Henry nicknamed her “The Painter of Colors.”
After living in Grenoble, Dijon and Paris, she now lives in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes) and Fréjus (Var). Her career spans several decades!
She has sold to collectors around the world!
Numerous prizes and awards illuminate her path!
Curious, she explores all media and has found her “paste” (style) and her painting themes! Forms, lines, vibrant colors evoking her emotions…
She admires Frida KAHLO, Alice NEEL, Camille CLAUDEL among women artists with atypical artistic and emotional journeys!
She likes TURNER, Van Gogh, CEZANNE, RENOIR, MATISSE, KADINSKI, Marc CHAGAL among men for the work and research in their creations!
