I try to move within the action of continuing to reinvent Cubism by giving it a contemporary feel.
I regularly access parameters that I consider recurrent, such as the constant assimilation of images from the past, playing with the language of others, focusing on old and modern painters.
I feel the constant plunge into the interior of history.
My study and research of the Cubist movement, especially Picasso's extensive trajectory, take me to unknown territories.
In each painting I try to reassess the problems and solutions that Picasso posed with Cubism.
To me, Cubism is a very important pictorial movement within the history of art.
