Pascal Baril is a French photographer active since the early 1980s. He has worked for several major photojournalism agencies such as Associated Press, Interpress, Kipa and Corbis-Sygma before creating his own agency, Planète Bleue Images, in 2003.
His work covers several realms: photojournalism, portraits of personalities, show business, but above all underwater photography, a field in which he is particularly recognized. A passionate diver since adolescence, he develops a body of work devoted to the underwater world, the Red Sea, and the marine realm.
Concurrently, Pascal Baril has produced numerous portraits of French celebrities and cultural figures: Serge Gainsbourg, Jane Birkin, César, Raymond Devos, Jean-Pierre Bacri or Marie Trintignant. Some of his analogue photographs and fine art prints circulate today on the collectible photography market.

THE TAYLOR GALLERY WORKSHOP
The Atelier / Galerie Taylor, located at 7, on the eponymous street in the 10th arrondissement in Paris, is a friendly place dedicated to photography. It was created thanks to image enthusiasts, José Nicolas, photographer and manager of the place with the support of Jean Vinégla.
Located a stone's throw from Place de la République, between rue du Château-d'eau and rue René-Boulanger, the place is dynamic, atypical and warm, resolutely turned towards sharing and mutual discovery of images at the 'international.
