I strive to move within the act of continually reinventing Cubism with a contemporary feel.
I regularly access parameters I consider recurring, such as the constant assimilation of past images, the play with the language of others, focusing on both antique and modern painters.
I feel the constant plunge inward into history.
My study and exploration of the Cubist movement, especially the extensive trajectory of Picasso, leads me to unknown territories.
In each painting I try to review the problems and solutions that Picasso posed with Cubism.
To me, Cubism is a very important pictorial movement within the history of art.
