The cast bars have a classic square cast bar design. Cast gold bars have the advantage over minted bars that the surface is less susceptible to scratches. A gold bar produced by the casting process can safely be handled to feel the high specific weight of the 99.99% pure gold in your hand, without fearing to damage the bar or to affect it with fingerprints. Cast bars, due to the manufacturing process, have rounded edges and small solidification lines. This makes every Au bar a unique piece.

On the top side the small 10g bars bear the Au Recycling Gold logo, on the bottom side the ESG logo with all markings required for investment gold (10g, Gold, 999.9), as well as the Melter Assayer stamp of LBMA-certified German bar manufacturer.
