The index pages at the back of the first part are bound in the wrong order. On one blank page are notes from the time (1663). The title page of the second part has a small tear. Flyleaves renewed.

Dirck Heymansz. van der Mast was the first to compile in Dutch a manual and textbook for the notary profession, arising from his own studies in which he described the entire material that was of importance for the notarial profession.
