Lacalle's work explores the relationship between color, structure and spatial perception through geometric abstraction.
Lacalle's work is situated within contemporary abstract art at the intersection between expressive abstraction and rigorous composition.
This piece is especially suitable for collectors seeking a work with strong visual presence in contemporary interiors.
About the artist:
Lacalle is a Spanish artist with an established career and a coherent pictorial evolution developed over more than a decade of training in the studio of painter and gallerist Nieves Solana (Madrid).
Her work lies in a transitional line between contemporary expressionism and geometric abstraction, with a clearly defined plastic identity where color acts as the structural axis of the composition.
She works on multiple supports (canvas, panel, paper) and techniques (oil, acrylic, mixed media), with particular attention to textures, glazes and chromatic construction, adding depth and visual richness to each piece.
She has exhibited solo and collectively in various spaces in Madrid, Ibiza and Portugal, and her work is currently in private international collections (Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Portugal, the Philippines, Austria and Switzerland).
The artist has been featured in press and specialized media such as El Mundo, Onda Cero, El punto de las artes, Digital Vanitatis, Hola magazine, etc.
