Description from the seller

"Cold Distance #1" - only copy, edition no. 1 of 1

The series "Cold Distance" is an abstract exploration of the tension between emotional impulse and analytical detachment, distilling the experience of separation and inner isolation.

The works are characterized by wide blocks of vivid red and burgundy, evoking passion and energy, but appearing fragmented and contained by layers of cement-gray, dirty whites and bold black lines. The layered textures and brushed strokes confer a sense of time and sedimentation, while small and precious specks of gold leaf shine like glimmers of memory.

The canvas is rolled in a cardboard tube to ensure its total integrity during transport.

Worldwide shipping with a tracking link.
Artist’s stamp on the back
Premium quality colors
Gold leaf applied
Glossy final varnish
The buyer will receive a Certificate of Authenticity for the future appreciation/value of the artwork.

The graphic environments (mockups) are solely intended to illustrate the aesthetic rendering of the work in different contexts and frames; therefore, the shown dimensions and proportions may be purely indicative.

Any color variations may depend on lighting settings, monitor, and camera.

Seller's Story

Insigma is an artist and digital designer born in 1985. His artistic research focuses on the dialogue between classical painting tradition and the innovation of digital design. His works are distinguished by a refined aesthetic, characterized by suspended atmospheres, a masterful use of light, and a material exploration that evokes the richness of classical textures transposed into the contemporary. Starting from his Mediterranean roots, Insigma explores themes such as serenity and silence, advancing a language that fuses realism and symbolism. His creations are today present in numerous international private collections.
