Oil on panel measuring 27 x 35 cm, signed bottom left B Retaux, French orientalist painter, friend of Maurice Boitel and André Hambourg, two Orientalist painters (among others). Bearing the atelier stamp as well as a serial number on the back.
It depicts, as is often the case with the well-known Orientalist painter, a view of Marrakech, Morocco.

Sold without a frame by the painter's daughter, therefore authenticity guaranteed.
