Description from the seller
Directly from the gallery "D uli - Arts"
This artwork is from the series "Homage à Yves Klein"
Yves Klein was, along with Andy Warhol and Jeff Koons, one of the co-founders of Pop Art.
His unforgettable "Blue Quadrat" with the most beautiful and intense blue I have ever seen.
Limited edition of 1/20
The selection is made at random
Blue bear cast with ultramarine blue pigments & hand-signed
Ultramarine blue pigments absorb light. The less light the artwork receives, the more intensely the blue glows because it absorbs the remaining light
Handmade. Traces of production are visible on every object, making it a truly unique piece
My artworks are presented at art fairs such as Cologne, Dresden, Frankfurt, Paris, Luxembourg, Hamburg, Munich, Monaco...
My Pop Art connects art and everyday life.
An elementary feature of Pop Art is the often trivial objects known from daily life, from popular culture, media and advertising.
The motifs used are torn from their original contexts, altered by me and thereby given a new life as "art objects".
