Jean Cocteau (1889-1963, Maisons-Laffitte): French poet, novelist, playwright, designer and filmmaker. In the 1930s, he created jewelry for fashion designers Elsa Schiaparelli and Coco Chanel. Jean Cocteau died on October 11, 1963, the day after his friend Edith Piaf died.
In vintage mint condition, never worn, collectible piece.
