Original Paris-Dakar edition with birth certificate from BMW Classic. Fully matching numbers
Year of manufacture 1987
The motorcycle has a 1000 cc upgrade, this is noted on the registration papers.
Complete with tire pump and tool kit.
The motorcycle has been restored, repainted and decaled.
The rims and aluminium parts are polished.
The rims have been relaced and fitted with new Metzeler enduro tires.
The rubbers are in nice condition.
The seat cover is new.
The tank is rust-free and nicely red on the inside (see photo).
The motorcycle has no leaks.
The front fork seals and the driveshaft show no leaks.
The motorcycle runs well and shifts smoothly.
All electrical components work well.
The motorcycle is delivered with a major maintenance service according to factory specifications.
During which the following work was carried out and parts replaced: spark plugs, engine oil, oil filter, driveshaft oil, gearbox oil, the fork oil, the brake fluid, the air filter, the valves adjusted, the lubrication points lubricated, the tires renewed and the carburetors synchronized.
The motorcycle has a German registration and is located in the Netherlands.
Viewings and testing of the motorcycle are possible on site in the Netherlands and recommended for bidders.
