Small 10g fine gold bars as cast bars are a real rarity, as in this size almost only stamped gold bars are offered.

The cast bars have a classic square cast-bar design. Cast gold bars have the advantage over minted bars that the surface is more resistant to scratches. A gold bar produced by the casting process can be safely handled to feel the high specific weight of 99.99% pure gold in the hand, without fear of damaging the bar or affecting it with fingerprints. Cast bars, due to production, have rounded edges and small solidification lines. This makes every Au bar a unique piece.

On the top, the small 10g bars bear the Au Recycling Gold logo, on the bottom the ESG logo with all markings required for investment gold (10g, Gold, 999,9), as well as the Melter Assayer stamp of the LBMA-certified German bar manufacturer.

Kleine 10g Feingoldbarren als Gussbarren sind eine echte Rarität, da in dieser Größe sonst fast nur geprägte Goldbarren angeboten werden.

Die gegossenen Barren haben ein klassisch quadratisches Gussbarren-Design. Gegossene Goldbarren haben gegenüber geprägten Barren den Vorteil, dass die Oberfläche unempfindlicher gegenüber Kratzern ist. Einen im Gießverfahren produzierten Goldbarren kann man getrost auch mal in die Hand nehmen, um das hohe spezifische Gewicht des 99,99% reinen Goldes in der Hand zu wiegen, ohne dabei Angst haben zu müssen, den Barren zu beschädigen, oder mit Fingerabdrücken zu beeinträchtigen. Gußbarren haben herstellungsbedingt runde Kanten und kleine Erstarrungslinien. Dies lässt jeden Au-Barren zu einem Unikat werden.
