The cast bars have a classic square cast bar design. Cast gold bars have, compared to minted bars, the advantage that the surface is less sensitive to scratches. A gold bar produced by the casting process can be safely handled to feel the high specific weight of 99.99% pure gold in the hand, without fear of damaging the bar or affecting it with fingerprints. Cast bars inherently have rounded edges and small solidification lines due to the manufacturing process. This makes every Au bar a unique piece.

On the top side, the small 10g bars bear the Au Recyclinggold logo; on the bottom side, the ESG logo with all markings required for investment gold (10g, Gold, 999,9), as well as the Melter Assayer stamping of the LBMA-certified German bar manufacturer.
