According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais's market value in 2021 was approximately 600–2,000 euros for his paintings and multiple prints, making him a relatively affordable artist for art collectors.
A compulsive and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon; he explores several techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism in the vein of Rauschenberg or de Kooning, to matter projections à la Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage, or to the expressionism of Karel Appel, which straddles the line between abstract gesture and figurative representation.
But his signature remains this physical painting, this material worked by the body, a testament to the artist's intimate monologue.
An artist represented by the Galerie Les Couleurs de l'Éternité in France, Gallery Modern Dutch Chart in the Netherlands.
Listed by Artprice, Drouot and Akoun since 2005. Maeght Studio in 2005. Recently participated in the Art3f fair in Lyon.
