A vintage 18 carat yellow gold ring featuring a rectangular faceted topaz of about 0.78 ct set east–west in a half‑prong setting, surrounded by a pavé centre with ten natural single‑cut diamonds totalling about 0.01 ct, ring size EU 55 (US 7¼), total weight 3.72 g, hallmarked 750, in very good condition with minor wear, and no laboratory report.

Yellow-gold vintage ring set with a rectangular faceted topaz of about 0.78 ct, set East-West in a half-bezel setting. The topaz is surrounded by a knot-shaped central piece which is set with 10 single-cut diamonds totaling about 0.01 ct in pavé settings.
Ring size: 17.50 mm / 55 (EU) / 15 (IT) / 7 ¼ US
Width of central piece: about 7 mm
Topaz dimensions: about 6 x 5 mm (about 0.78 ct)
Diamond specification:
Cut: Single cut
Size: 10x about 0.001 ct. (total about 0.01 ct)

Assay mark: 750 Dutch guarantee mark
Quality: The gemstone shows significant superficial wear which dulls the topaz somewhat; this is not noticeable when worn. The gemstones may be synthetic.
