Description from the seller
Black and gold McCaviar cone with a black and white straw in a display frame box for wall presentation by XTC.

Signed and numbered out of 20 on the back, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
(The copy sent is not necessarily the one pictured)
Careful and tracked shipping.
Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC shaped his artistic universe through an interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual inquiry evolved into a passion that had to come to fruition.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligned with the Pop Art movement, through the subversion of contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity is expressed through the bold staging of icons of popular consumption (such as McDonald’s, Malabar, Chupa), which he makes collide with the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermès, Veuve Clicquot champagne, and caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all sorts of resins, plastics, and sometimes minerals.
He draws inspiration from, among others, Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey, advertising, and addictions in general.
All defects or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
