From the 17th century the Giusti family has cared for its Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that translates into complex harmony of flavors and into excellent products appreciated all over the world.
A precious wooden chest lined with red velvet contains five bottles of 100 ml of exquisite ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP.
A tasting journey
The Giusti Gift Sets were born from the family’s desire to offer Aceto Balsamico connoisseurs a journey into the world of this marvelous product through a complete tasting of the Giusti Balsamic Vinegars: from the vertical of the historical Collection, to appreciate the different aging and their peculiarities, to the sets of flavored and single-wood balsamics, to discover their diverse nuances and pairings.
1 BOTTLE "UNA MEDAGLIA D'ARGENTO" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich aroma and a good, rounded balsamic acidity, the “Medaglia d’Argento” represents a strongly aromatic product, able to enhance with its intensity the flavor of the dishes to which it is added. To be used both raw and in cooking.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In French oak casks from 1900 with addition of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from batteries of centuries-old casks.
1 BOTTLE "DUE MEDAGLIE D'ORO - IL CLASSICO" 250 ML.
A historic product of the Acetaia Giusti, “the Classic” is a balsamic of great versatility, for use in cooking as well as raw. Of good density and excellent sweet-sour balance, it is characterized by notes of ripe fruit and hints of licorice and black pepper.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In barriques, with addition of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from batteries of centuries-old casks.
1 BOTTLE "TRE MEDAGLIE D'ORO - RICCARDO GIUSTI" OF 100 ML.
Dedicated to the ancestor who invented the recipe at the beginning of the 20th century, it comes from musts of mature and dried grapes. Aromas of plum jam and red fruit mingle with notes of honey and vanilla in this balsamic of great density and sweetness, perfect for finishing raw on a wide range of preparations, from sweet to savory.
Ingredients: Cooked must of late-dried grapes on drying racks; aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In barriques, with addition of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from batteries of centuries-old casks."
