Lot composed of a one-liter oak cask, a one-liter bottle of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, and a blown-glass pipette, produced by CASA DEL BALSAMICO MODENESE, EMILIA ROMAGNA - ITALY.
The proposed lot provides for using the Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP by pouring it inside the oak barrel to continue the aging process, thereby further improving its characteristics in terms of flavor and aroma.
The oak cask, equipped with the support on which to rest it, has been acetified by the producer and is thus ready to receive inside it the balsamic vinegar contained in the bottle, allowing the winner of the lot to have at home, or in their establishment, the same aging conditions as a Modenese acetaia.
The drawing of the balsamic vinegar takes place through an elegant blown-glass pipette to respect the same sampling and tasting actions that occur in the old acetaie where the precious Aceto Balsamico di Modena is produced.
The Aceto Balsamico di Modena contained in the one-liter bottle has five years of aging and is suitable for accompanying both savory and sweet dishes.
