Our oil is a true "unicum" precisely because of the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by minerals abundantly present in the tufa rock on which they rise majestically. The location confers to the olives and the oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars.
