Description from the seller

There is something ancient in this figure: the naked, luminous body rises from the deep green as if born there, among petals that fall and those that — instead of revealing — conceal. The face is absent, or perhaps it is too present: dissolved in a golden swirl of flowers, as if identity were something to offer to the wind rather than to protect. At her feet, the black panther watches with amber, silent eyes, a faithful guardian of a nameless realm. It is not tamed — it is an ally. Between the woman and the beast there is no distance, there is understanding. The work breathes with a wild and serene femininity at once, where the vulnerability of the body transforms into strength, and mystery becomes the highest form of presence.

Signed and dated 2025 at the bottom right

Overall canvas size: 160 x 85 cm

Parfen D. is a contemporary artist who transforms painting into a poetic gesture capable of revealing the intimate connection between human beings and nature. His work stands out for its ability to quietly evoke universal emotions through a refined and minimalist visual poetics. He does not seek to represent nature realistically, but to suggest its essence: fragility, lightness, and a deep connection with our inner world. Each brushstroke is a meditative act, an invitation to slow down, to immerse oneself in a universe of vibrant silence. The colors, which often dominate his works, are not simply tones but true protagonists, charged with memory and meaning. His canvases do not impose a narrative, but offer spaces of contemplation where anyone can find their own story.
