Description from the seller
Direct from the gallery "D uli - Arts"
This artwork is from the series "Homage to Yves Klein"
Yves Klein was one of the co-founders of Pop Art, along with Andy Warhol and Jeff Koons.
His unforgettable "Blue Quadrat" with the most beautiful and intense blue I have ever seen.
Limited edition of 1/20
Selection is made at random
Blue bear with ultramarine blue pigments & hand-signed
Ultramarine blue pigments absorb light. The less light the artwork receives, the more intensely the blue glows because it absorbs the remaining light.
Handcrafted. Traces of production are visible on every object, making it thus a truly unmistakable one-of-a-kind piece
My artworks are exhibited at art fairs such as Cologne, Dresden, Frankfurt, Paris, Luxembourg, Hamburg, Munich, Monaco...
My Pop Art connects art and everyday life.
An essential characteristic of Pop Art is the often trivial objects known from everyday life, from popular culture, media and advertising.
The motifs used are torn from their original context, altered by me, and thus given a new life as "art objects"
