Pacific Reverie – Hand signed, a 40 × 40 cm giclée on canvas by Le Yack, in a limited edition (year 2026) from France, sold directly from the artist and in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Dusk settles over a Streamline Moderne-style California building, its white curved walls catching the day’s last amber lights. A woman in white stands at the corner, face raised, soaking in the warmth before night takes over. An old-fashioned sedan sits in the parking lot like a held breath. Two palm trees blaze gold against a deep-water-blue sky.
Yack summons the great American painters of urban solitude — Hopper, Thiebaud — adding a cinematic precision that makes you feel you’ve already seen this moment in a film you can’t remember the title of. The tension between the woman’s stillness and the window lit above her is inexhaustible.
