At first it seems almost objective, nearly like a technical term. And yet something profoundly sensuous unfolds behind it.

The surface seems permeated by warmth, as if light had inscribed itself there over a long period. Gentle transitions, shimmering traces, a soft pulsing—nothing is rigid, everything seems to breathe in a calm rhythm. It is as if the image not only glows but also remembers.

You can feel in it that familiar sensation: sunlight on the skin, blinking in harsh light, this warm afterglow behind closed eyes. A moment that remains even though it has long since passed.

Thus something seemingly abstract becomes something very tangible—less a motif than a state that unfolds slowly.

Biografia:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio—a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, forms, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me—it's with me to this day and continually inspires me. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions in Europe I was able to gather many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my works I mainly deal with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said—emotions, moods, and interspaces that often express themselves only through color and movement.
I paint for passion. It is an intuitive process for me, in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself—a impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting measuring 160 x 130 cm, a cradle frame of 150 x 120 cm with a thickness of 2-4 cm is required.

You can either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by a craftsman or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original, which the artist has signed and dated on the back.

High-quality and lightfast acrylic paints were applied on multiple coats of white, primed gallery canvas.

To protect the work, a varnish was also applied.

This work is handmade and therefore a one-of-a-kind!
