Made in Hanau: a decorative silver bowl, an ornate piece crafted in Baroque or Rococo style.
Relief scene in the center: the depiction appears mythological or allegorical.
Openwork rim, very delicate with putti, angel figures, fruits and flowers and snail motifs – typical of the Baroque style.
The bowl is undamaged and in excellent condition.
The accompanying certificate identifies it as a silver bowl and states a weight of 421 grams.
This splendid bowl was purchased from a Frankfurt auction house.

In Hanau gefertigte Silberschale, Zierschale aus Silber, kunstvoll im Barock- oder Rokokostil gearbeitet.
Reliefszene in der Mitte: die Darstellung wirkt mythologisch oder allegorisch.
Durchbrochene Randgestaltung, sehr filigran mit Putten, Engelsfiguren, Früchten und Blumen und Schneckenornamenten - typisch für den Barockstil. 
Die Schale ist unbeschädigt und in hervorragendem Zustand. 
Das beiliegende Zertifikat weist sie als Silberschale aus und hat ein Gewicht von 421 Gramm. 
Erworben wurde diese Prunkschale in einem Frankfurter Auktionshaus.
