THE WORK:
Juego de Pelota is an original etching with aquatint, made from three independent zinc plates. This artist's proof (P/A) is part of a limited edition and was printed in the artist's own workshop on high-quality ivory-tone etching paper.
Surreal in nature, the work features two winged lions facing each other in an imaginary setting that evokes a playing field. On the central plate, a sphere suggests the ball, rising above a geometric space with pennants and lines that structure the scene.
A provocative and symbolic piece that explores play, tension, and interaction.
This work is shipped with a certificate of authenticity including a photograph of the work, dated and hand-signed by the artist.
Shipping is carried out with the work properly protected between cardboard. Not rolled.
