Roxana Hypta - Fragments of Her I

I created this painting in my studio in 2026. It is an expressive portrait on a 50x60 cm canvas stretched on a wooden frame. In this piece, I wanted to capture the depth and mystery of a human gaze, blending emotional realism with dynamic, modern abstractions. I used a palette knife and heavy impasto technique to achieve a thick, sculptural texture that gives the face and background a vibrant, raw energy. The sides are painted, so the artwork is ready to hang without a frame.

I am a self-taught artist born in Poland, though art has been a part of my life since childhood. I began my journey with pencil drawing, and for the last 7 years, I have been dedicated to oil and acrylic painting. My works have been purchased by collectors across Europe for many years. In my art, I explore many styles, but I am most drawn to classical realism and romantic drama. I also enjoy experimenting with modern fusions, blending classical echoes with contemporary vibes like pop art.

The artwork is in perfect condition and comes directly from me. I have signed it with my full name in pencil on the back.
