Description from the seller
"Jaws, Chill Edition" – Limited edition (100 copies) - New collection 2026
Edition number: 08/100
Artist: SKE
Publisher: Atelier Montmartre Paris
Fine art paper 300 g/m² – ISO A3 format – Signed, numbered – Certificate included
In Jaws, Chill Edition, SKE distorts the mythical tension of the film Jaws to create a decidedly cool scene.
On the surface, Snoopy calmly floats on his buoy, sunglasses in place, casually shouting “Keep cool.” Holidays, relaxation, zero stress.
Underwater, the vibe is slightly different. The shark arrives, the scene becomes serious… but no one seems to worry up there. The danger is real, simply ignored.
With this tasty contrast, SKE plays with the illusion of calm and comfort. As long as everything looks cool on the surface, we forget what’s happening underneath. Fear becomes a simple off‑screen detail.
Pop colors, cult film references and street energy transform suspense into a visual gag.
A light and ironic work that makes you smile immediately and reminds us that it’s sometimes easy to stay cool… when you don’t look beneath the surface.

- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a French self-taught artist and all‑rounder who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large share of his works.
He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double meanings, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional 2025, SKE’s value has risen noticeably. Winner of the first prize in the Urban Master contest (2023), then voted Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited at major venues in Europe, the United States and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE also makes his mark in the digital art market, a major trend of the last two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations among collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture play define a now‑essential style.
SKE is undoubtedly an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Famous & Awarded Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work fits within a prestigious lineage. His line shows the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating Banksy’s subversion or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works bridge eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to distort Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic close to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons of our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and Scrooge McDuck’s symbolic greed. The influence of gaming, comics and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the mythical Game Boy, to Pokémon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), through Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the style of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside the logos of luxury and fashion giants. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you encounter the sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and high fashion (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not forgetting mass-consumption icons like Coca‑Cola. It is vibrant art, with textures that recall the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or adding a dynamic touch to your home.
