Giuseppe Marino was born in 1956 in Teramo. In his long artistic career he has produced important cycles, such as post-estroflessione, the investigation into the very matter that makes up the work, and the influence of spatialism; subsequently the abstract figuration that has exalted the chromatic impact and the dreamlike immersion of the viewer. The last series of luminous, colorful paintings by Marino and being immersed in his positive and optimistic mindset are incredibly refreshing. The artist has always needed a very critical eye, he has modified his production, choosing among several versions of the same painting the one that best achieves the desired effect. The clarity and confidence of the new paintings that have recently been shown at international art fairs have demonstrated that his quality control is optimal and that his mastery of the expressive process is truly very good.
