According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais's market value in 2021 is around €600-€2,000 for his paintings and multiple prints, making him relatively affordable for art collectors.
A compulsive and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon. He explores several techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism to Rauschenberg or De Kooning, to matter projections in the style of Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage, or to the expressionism of Karel Appel, straddling the line between abstract gesture and figurative representation. But his signature remains that physical painting, the material worked by the body, a testament to the artist's intimate monologue.
An artist represented by Galerie Les Couleurs de l'Éternité in France, Gallery Modern Dutchart in the Netherlands. Listed by Artprice, Drouot and Akoun since 2005. Atelier Maeght in 2005. Recently participated in the Art3f fair in Lyon. Recent exhibitions in Chisinau, Moldova; Cannes; Pézenas and Lyon, Paul Bocuse Abbey Gala evening 2023. Paris gallery, private collection on Île Saint-Louis since 2016. Exhibits in international galleries in Belgium, USA, Italy, and Portugal since 2019.
