This lot feature 4 handblown bottles created from 1850s until 1900s in Western and Central European region. Some of the bottles present deposits on their inside, minor scratches from prolongued use and lots of irregularities typical of traditional glass blowing procedures. First three pieces were realised through mold glass techniques, while the fourth was created by blow pipe.
1. Small Alchool Bottle - Austria, circa 1890s. Handblown in a single piece mold, with a beautiful red-brownish colour, in excellent condition, presenting lots of air bubbles.
Dimensions: Height - 21cm, Base diameter - 5cm, Weight - 214g.
2. Short Onion Bottle - Germany, circa 1880s. Blowed in a 3 piece mold, presenting consistent signs of use under the base and its middle part surface.
Dimensions: Height - 18.5cm, Base diameter - 9.5cm, Weight - 647g.
3. Green Rectangular Bottle - Belgium, early 1900s. Handblown in a single piece mold, the green nuance of this bottle is striking and uncommon. Mouth finish by polishing, with some minor damage, while the bottle in overall good condition. Glass has some small air bubbles and the base presents some use signs.
Dimensions: Height - 21cm, Base diameter - 9cm, Weight - 653g.
4. Wine Bottle - Netherlands, circa 1850s. The bottle has an applied lip, while its glass has lot of air bubble formations, some of them quite spectacular. A noticeable deposit is present on the inside. Good condition with a small star damage, highlighted in the detailed photos. Under the high kick base the bottle has snaped pontil mark.
Dimensions: Height - 26cm, Diameter - 9.5cm, Weight - 698g.
