Title: Il gioco più semplice, an oil painting (50 × 50 cm) dated 2008, an original edition signed by hand from Italy in the Contemporary style, sold directly by the artist, in excellent condition, with a hand-signed certificate on the back.
Description from the seller
In recent years my artistic research has focused on blending three different shades of realism, giving rise to a personal and innovative style. Within the works, the themes of contemporary living intertwine and blur, evoking, in some cases, the suspended atmospheres of Metaphysical painting.
Technical and authenticity notes:
The painting is finished with a slender white perimeter border, designed to allow the artwork to be displayed both in daylight (unframed) and with a classical mounting. The authenticity of the work is guaranteed by a certification signed by myself on the back of the canvas.
The artist's career boasts, among its recognitions, a historical review signed by Master Federico Fellini (Academy Award for Lifetime Achievement in 1993)
The work celebrates the extraordinary capacity of childhood to transform the simplicity of daily life — like clothes hung out to dry in the sun — into a ground for discovery and creative play. Through the contrast of black and white, the painting explores the thin boundary between reality and imagination, where a shadow becomes a work of art to caress.
