This work in the format 80 × 80 × 4.5 cm is created on a wide, high-quality canvas and moves between painting and sculpture.
In the light, the surface reveals a clear presence. Depending on the incidence of light and viewing angle, the texture and depth change; individual layers come more to the fore. The work appears spatial and physical – perception arises while walking, standing, lingering.

Frequency GRAPHITE (on black) is inspired by sound and frequency. From my work as a pianist I transfer rhythm, silence and repetition into a visual structure.
The composition follows a reduced order. Repetitions create tensions comparable to held tones, while subtle color shifts mark transitions.
Work details:
Title: Frequency GRAPHITE (on black)
Size: 80 × 80 cm × 4.5 cm
Technique & Materials: Acrylic paint and heavy-gel structure paste on canvas, built up in layers with various palette knives. The pigments form elevations and overlays with a calm, pulsing tension.
Only high-quality materials are used: acrylic paints from Amsterdam Expert, texture pastes from Liquitex – all locally produced in Austria.
Frame: Wide supporting frame made of solid natural wood (included in price).
(Black decorative frame not included)
Images: The images were taken under professional studio lighting. Light is essential for the color play of the works. The artist recommends placing the works under direct or indirect light to fully reveal the color play and make the pieces appear alive.
