Description from the seller

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: I only ship to certain destinations - Please read the shipping prices carefully.

"PATHS"

The Paths collection represents the idea that life isn't a straight line but a set of roads, crossroads, detours. Everyone starts from a different point, walks at different paces, stumbles, goes back, changes direction. There isn't a single “right” way to get somewhere.

Each individual piece is a unique handmade item crafted with care and feeling.
The sculpture has been shaped in clay and fired in a professional kiln, subsequently patinated cold. In the porosity and imperfections of the terracotta and the pigments used lies the beauty of this material.

Shipping will be carried out carefully.
All works are hand-signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Techniques:

Sculpture: Patinated Terracotta
Sphere: Brass

Nicole Furlan, born 1991, attended an art and photography academy. Always in search of inspiration to grow.
Raised in the Tuscan countryside, she rediscovers in small things the charm of simplicity and re-presents it through the material, thus enabling an open dialogue with her subconscious.
For several years she had the opportunity to create a connection between sculpture (soul) and human in her Atelier/Laboratory in Pitigliano, a small village of Etruscan origins.
A new, delicate formula of deep connections.
In 2020 she decided to return to living in open countryside, so she could focus even more on herself and on what she wants to express.
