Acetaia Giuseppe Cattani presents its finest balsamic condiment, aged 100 years.
It was drawn from the Giuseppe Cattani family’s cellar stock, lovingly guarded by the progenitor Zefferino, a great-great-grandfather who lived in 1860, and handed down to us.
It comes in an elegant glass ampoule, limited to 50 bottles.
Each bottle is numbered.
The stopper is sealed with sealing wax, and the elegant case contains a dropper pipette.

This balsamic, a gift and memory of times past, gratifies even the most discerning palates.
Its aroma is frank and rich in scents and flavors of antiquity, while its restrained acidity contributes to a harmonious sweet‑sour balance that makes it particularly harmonious.
