Francisco Domingo Castellá (1920-2011). Catalan School. Artist from Alcover (Tarragona). He earned the title of professor at the Escola d'Art de Barcelona. He cultivated oil painting on still life and portrait themes and also landscapes. Throughout his life he exhibited his work in 93 cities around the world, in a total of 359 exhibitions. His paintings, of medium proportions that are almost equal in size, are inspired by a traditional taste and adhere to a realistic painting technique. In 2017 his work was exhibited at the Museo de Alcover, Tarragona.

The author runs the foundation 'Francisco Domingo Castella' directed by his son.
