Description from the seller

Elegant and refined ceramic parlor triptych in artistic porcelain, consisting of a central jardinière and two coordinated accompanying vases (cachepot/vase in the shape of a cornucopia). The entire set is a splendid expression of the Italian craftsmanship Capodimonte, renowned internationally for the plasticity of its ceramics and the richness of its decorations.

The three elements feature sinuous, baroque-inspired forms, embellished with gilded highlights and finishes in fine gold that emphasize the wavy edges, scrolls and rococo volutes. The central reserves of each piece are decorated with hand-painted relief allegorical scenes, depicting putti, cherubs and mythological figures immersed in a bucolic and flowering landscape. The three-dimensional workmanship and the liveliness of the color details give the three pieces great visual dynamism.

On the bases of the vases the gold mark with the five-point crown over the cursive “N” (or “C”) and the inscription “Capodimonte” are clearly visible, along with an era inventory paper label bearing reference numbers. A decorative set with a strong visual impact, perfect for enriching fireplaces, consoles, or formal dining tables.

Indicative dimensions
Central jardinière: Boat-shaped horizontal format, ideal as a centerpiece. (15 x 20 x 10 cm)

Side vases: Vertically developed in a mirror cornucopia, designed to frame the central element. (22 x 18 x 10 cm)

Conditions
The triptych is in overall excellent vintage condition. The porcelain maintains its glossy sheen and the colors are vivid. Only the normal and light signs of time on the gilding and tiny imperfections consistent with the object's age are noted, which do not compromise its aesthetics or structural stability.
