Description from the seller

Signed silver gelatin print numbered 3/15

Guy Marineau was the photographer for all fashion shows from the 1970s, for haute couture and notably for Yves Saint Laurent, then, in the 1980s, for the early fashion shows of these young designers who made that decade a fireworks display. He was a correspondent for Women's Wear and for Vogue US. A lover and reporter of parties, personalities, and Parisian nightlife, this has earned him a very impressive collection of photographic archives spanning about thirty years; he was one of the very few photographers authorized at the Palace. He continues to "cover" the fashion shows and events.
