My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio— a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, shapes, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me— it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On travels and while visiting numerous exhibitions across Europe, I could collect many artistic impressions that shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I mainly deal with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. It is important for me to make visible what cannot be said—emotions, moods, and interspaces that are often best expressed only through color and movement.
I paint out of passion. For me it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Every work is a piece of myself— a impulses, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.
For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 130 cm a cradle frame of the size 150 x 120 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm is needed.
