The blue areas appear calm at first glance – almost soothing – yet then they are pierced by wild, untamed lines and splashes of color like flashing thoughts or rising currents.

It’s as if something were building up beneath the surface: emotions, memories, perhaps even a quiet unrest. The red and black splatters feel like small explosions – not destructive, but liberating. An inner thunderstorm that does not roar aloud but expresses itself in movement, color, and rhythm.

Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can sink completely into my colors, shapes, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On trips and during visits to numerous exhibitions across Europe I collected many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my works I mainly deal with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods, and interspaces that are often expressed only in color and movement.
I paint out of passion. It is for me an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting with dimensions 160 x 130 cm you need a stretched canvas frame measuring 150 x 120 cm with a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can either stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an art craftsman or gallery.

This is a handmade original, signed by the artist on the back and dated.

High-quality and lightfast acrylic paints were used on multiple times white primed gallery canvas.

A varnish was also applied to protect the work.
