Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can sink completely into my colors, forms, and thoughts. Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never let me go – it accompanies me to this day and inspires me anew again and again. On travels and visits to numerous exhibitions in Europe I was able to gather many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I deal primarily with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods, and spaces in between that are often expressed only through color and movement. I paint out of passion. It is for me an intuitive process, where authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting with a size of 160 x 130 cm you need a stretcher frame of size 150 x 120 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artisan or gallerist.

This is a handcrafted original, which was signed by the artist on the back and dated.

High-quality and lightfast acrylic colors were used on a repeatedly white-primed gallery canvas.

A varnish was also applied to protect the work.

This work is handmade and thus a one-of-a-kind!
