Walking stick - galalite

Elegant vintage walking cane with a grip carved in the shape of an eagle's head.

The handle is probably made of galalite / bakelite, finely crafted and hand-engraved, with a refined rendering of the plumage and a glass eye applied, which gives strong realism and character to the piece.

The shaft is in polished wood with a beautiful mahogany tone and a decorative braided collar in gilded metal.
