Very rare and beautiful Golok knife (dagger) from Sumedang Indonesia in a amazing condition. A full functional knife is this knife and the woodcarving is detailed and which can only been made by a high qualified craftman. The hendel is made of wood the craftsmanwork of the carving is amazing quality, pls look closely at the elephant. The dimensions are 39x5x4cm (blade length is 23cm). Beautiful rare item not often seen, true collectors item! Very sturdy blade and in mint condition, the blade used to have pamor but due to its age its gone and steel it brittle.
Although this piece shows signs of use it has fantastic rich decoration. The patina, which indicates its considerable age, combined with its elegant design, make it an ethnographic object of great interest.
